Thanks for the reply.
The temperature is ok, i monitored it. The problem is caused by wrong RAM-Settings. I changed it back to default settings and there were no erros.
I got a new cpu and cpu cooler and changed it. At first everything runs fine but now i get BSODs randomly. The computer reboots automatically.
