Recently dumped my iMac for a Windows 8 POWERHOUSE from Dell. Unfortunately my Handbrake app will not copy commercial DVD movies, although this is easily done on a Mac running Handbrake. Any suggestions? Any FREE Handbrake styled alternatives for Windows out there?

I would like to assign image files to a few of the Start Screen Tiles. Su far, I am only able to do so with the Photos tile. Is it possible to assign images to others?
