Yeah, I have it tested on my friends and family. It's just internal issue with the laptop I suppose but not sure on how to diagnose it further

yeah, it worked on my friends computer too, i think it's something else that's with preinstalled window version but i would not know where to begin the diagnose...

it's a preinstalled windows 8 laptop. I have tried disabling both the firewall and anti virus. It didn't work either. It's weird though, the problem just started to happen, it was fine before.

Google Chrome. I've also tried it on Internet explorer, didn't work either

I can go on any website but Neopets. I enabled access on my firewall and put google chrome and internet explorer public and private but neither browser will open Neopets.com I also have an anti-virus "kaspersky" on but when I disabled it, I still couldn't go on Neopets. I tried cmd to ipaddress...
