Thanks for letting me know but how willl I be able to reinstall the windows if I am not logged in as administrator?

I recently got a Windows 8 HP Sleekbook and accidently deleted my own microsoft Admin user account.Now I can login through the standard user account but cannot do the administrator stuff.Can you please tell me what to do?
