I hope I can do it in an upgrade. That was my biggest concern. If I had a product builder key, it'd be a piece of cake. That's not the case, however. Thanks for the quick answer though.
Hi,
I was wondering if there is a way to transfer a 32-bit Windows 8 Pro Upgrade license to a bootcamp partition in a 2012 Mac Mini without having to buy a new one. I bought Windows 8 for my laptop and the laptop will no longer be used. So is there a way I could maybe deactivate the license on...
I tried recovery management. But it said it was going to restore the xp partition. Would that allow me to boot into xp again? or would it just go right back into the attempting repairs thing? Basically would it restore my entire hard drive or just the xp partition?
But I don't have the xp CD. I got an Acer aspire one net book and xp was pre installed. Is there anyway to bypass the windows 8 boot menu and switch to xp boot menu? Without actually booting into the computer either since i obviously cant do that. Thanks for your time btw.
So the other day I was using xp and clearing up memory and decided to wipe my partition for windows 8 consumer preview( I was dual-booting it with xp) since I don't use it. I shut down my computer afterwards. Now when I boot it up it shows me the fish icon and says "preparing automatic repair"...
