My new (and still under warranty) windows 8 laptop keeps going to the recovery screen, error code: 0xc0000185 when i hit f8 the "winload.efi" is mentioned above the error code. Customer support said I'm S.O.L. and need to reboot but i need to make a backup first. Is there a way to fix this...
