Cannot get into the Windows store Acer Laptop :E1-571-6481 factory installed windows 8 I am having problems getting into the windows store on my wife's acer laptop. When I click on the store tile it goes to full screen for a second but then gives me no option to sign in and no error...

I'm having the same problem though I'm with cable vision. Is there a free app. I can install on the laptop that will monitor / log if and or when the wireless connection is lost?
