Hi I had the same problem a few days ago I had a look on you tube seems to be quite a common problem.I Should say I am also running windows 8.1 on my Dell laptop , they suggested putting in the windows 8 disc which you probably don't have as I didn't . But they did say that a windows 7 disc...
