I found the way, when you are in the login page, if you don't have a keyboard you press left Shift buttom, then you go to the icon of shutting down, holding shift you press there and then you select reboot, it will ask you if you want to re-format your computer.

I add: I tried with a keyboard and even thought is recognized when booting even if I press F9 the menu doesn't come. David Bailey, I tried as well with Microsoft account and the problem still the same. Any other idea? Thanks

I did and I can choose between Local Domain or Microsoft account, but the problem is I didn't create any account yet. It doesn't ask me to create an account.
