The only Logitech keyboard I have has completely updated drivers already - I have no idea what these two things are, so I uninstalled them. I have yet to have any issues. Will update you in a day or so. Thank you for all of your help.

Thank you for the quick response. Qualcomm is disabled because it is not being used. I am using a USB wireless card. I uninstalled the device completely. -nvidia drivers are fully updated (already were). I disabled the streaming kernel service, as I don't use it anyways. -logitech drivers...
