Here's the quickest way I got my restore CD to work, I booted the system with the Windows 8 CD and I deleted all the partitions on the HDD then the drive came up to its one original size then I turned off the system without formatting or anything else then I booted back again with the Gateway...

It works fine for me and Gateway people couldn't even help me I guess it's all about money to them. Thanks for light!
