I've tried several times to call the customer to get the password. I would never try to hack someone's computer. We have over 65 computers in stock. I just don't want to waste the investment that we've made in it.

I work at a resale shop. We didn't have the customer take the password off before we got it. The card with the password is not legible so I have been trying to do a factory restore for the past couple of days.

I've tried to get into windows but there is a password. I cannot get into windows.

I have a Windows 8.1 that I'm locked out of. I cannot get it to go into the factory restore mode. I have tried Holding the function key and alt + f10 as well as f11 but nothing happens. I cannot get it to go into the boot menu or anything. Any ideas?
