Hi John, ndiskhaz.sys does not exist in any directory. and Azzouzi HotSpot was not the program that was installed. :(

Hi John, thanks for the reply. I did some asking to my sons who are the most frequent users of the subject home machine. According to them, the problem started when they tried to install a program that makes the wifi a hotspot in order to share the internet coming from the USB modem. anyway...

My laptop with Windows 8 works fine until I connect to the internet. This happens everytime. The message is BAD POOL CALLER. How should I resolve this? Please help. P.S. I have attached the dump file. :(
