I tried the same patcher that you stated in your post, and im not running any security software ive just installed windows 8

I used uxthemepatcher but can't apply any theme on my pc the installed theme shows at the "personalize" window but when I click to apply it, the computer log off and nothing happen, just the theme wallpaper is applied but no theme how to fix this pls, im puzzled
