Yeah i have checked it numerous times without any movement, iv paused and resumed it to try get it going and still nothing.

I understand this i just wish to test a product installation to see that it will run on windows 8 as long as i am able to do this then i am happy. regards

Nope the download has not finished, has been stuck on 90% since 1:30 so looking for a temporary solution, it is only going to be used with a Virtual Machine for testing.
