Hy (this is my first post)! I had the same error on startup, but with this value in the "Load" string: "C:\Users\<user>\LOCALS~1\Temp\msejpfe.com" So when i saw this, i deleted this value, and restarted my computer. Fixed it. If you can't delete the value, just click: Edit > Permissions then...
