But then if I have 2 x 3.63TB + 1 x 930GB + 2 x 5.45TB = 19TB. So why won't storage spaces allow me to create a pool this large? Especially when the maximum that can be created is actually 63TB as noted below.
Im in change a storage space unless there is another way, I have already added the drives but the pool capacity didnt change so I have gone here to create the max pool size to match the max size available
But 10.9 is the available space not what the total pool size can be which should be 19TB. Just tried again it gives the message "A storage space can be larger than the amount of available capacity in the storage pool" but it just wont let me make it more than 15.8TB

I added two new drives and its says im using 8.15TB of 19TB pool capacity but for some reason I cannot change the storage pool maximum to be greater than 15.8TB once I go above 15.8TB it shows a message "The specified size is not valid"
