I think I found the solution. In Device Manager Huawei device is enlisted as network adapter and as modem. I've disabled device as network adapter and changed connection type in device's software to modem and for now there's no BSOD anymore. Thanks richc46 for helping.
I think that it is not the case because device worked for a week before it started malfunctioning. And I tried it on another computer with win8 and it worked properly.
As I said before, I've tried updating driver with the latest version, but it stil doesn't work. I used different softwares beside device's default, but windows still crashes.
