Thank you for your response. That partially explains the .dat file. However, I don't use IE10 at all and it doesn't explain the .log file. The .log file seems to be logging every file I open.

I am noob and have a question. I have noticed that a random .log file will appear in my C:\Users\"username"\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\WebCache folder. The file usually has a name similar to V10009C.log. When this file first appeared I opened it with notepad and it was a bunch of...
