    You are correct. I downloaded 8.1 but didn't get IE11. Sorry for the delay in keeping in touch.... I downloaded 8.1 and now have IE11. The 20-30 second delay in loading sites still persists. Cleaned out temp files, reset IE but no help.

    Win 8 was installed on the machine. I downloaded and installed 8.1. IE 10 is on my machine. Can I download IE11 and see if the situation improves?

    My browser takes 15-30+ seconds to fully download. Cleaned out temporary browser files, No help. Any suggestions?
