Yes Ive just tried to rest the IE browser but IE doesnt show some websites still. Would this reset also affect the other browsers because I normally use Chrome

yes I have done that now. Malwarebytes did not find anything on the full scan and ive also done a system restore to about a week back to see if any of the updates etc have affected anything but still no luck

Ive just done that and it has seemed to have fixed the problem the troubleshooting found. But I still have problems with websites not loading properly or not at all

yes I did a scan with malwarebytes and it fixed the problems it found. This was on quick scan. I will now try a full system scan and also do a full scan with antivirus
