When I try to load Autodesk Alias while having an external monitor connected to my laptop both the screens go black and I'm left with just the cursor. I then have to do a reset by holding the laptop power button and then turn it on again. This only happens when the desktop is set to extended but...
Yes Ive just tried to rest the IE browser but IE doesnt show some websites still.
Would this reset also affect the other browsers because I normally use Chrome
yes I have done that now. Malwarebytes did not find anything on the full scan and ive also done a system restore to about a week back to see if any of the updates etc have affected anything but still no luck
Ive just done that and it has seemed to have fixed the problem the troubleshooting found.
But I still have problems with websites not loading properly or not at all
I have done a troubleshoot on the network adapters and it came up with an error saying there is a problem with wireless adapter or access point. It made a report which i have saved as a pdf

yes I did a scan with malwarebytes and it fixed the problems it found. This was on quick scan. I will now try a full system scan and also do a full scan with antivirus
