Hi, I have a Sony Vaio Fit 15E running Windows 8.1 Pro. In the computer properties, I went to refresh my System Rating but I noticed that it wasn't there. Before I had done a clean install of windows, it was there but after installing Windows it wasn't. Please help. Ahmed

The keys were something like alt, ctrl, shift and a few others (don't know them). I tried a USB it worked on 2 out of the 4 USB ports, but the mouse doesn't work on any. I will now try to update all of the computer's drivers.
