    I did indeed but every time I run A15MD.302.exe I get "No BIOS can be flashed" - I am currently on version 211

    Hi, I have exactly the same problem on an E6221 but am struggling with the BIOS upgrade, where did you get version 311 as I may be picking the wrong version (3.02) for this laptop?
