I use AVG Free version. Tried Uninstall but that of course did not uninstall it. Have downloaded the AVG Clean Tool. Will try this tomorrow then try again. I'll try upgrading any graphic drivers as well. Wish me luck Andrew PS is Microsoft Support an oxymoron???? :-)

Yes I have. Have actually upgraded an old laptop which just makes the specs. Newer computer with many things attached won't work.

Yes please some help here. Myself also. 6 attempts from various starting points. I saw a hint to unplug all USB devices. Did this; no luck. Grrrrrrr.
