I am not able to enter windows

Another problem is I cant access eRecovery, when I press Alt + F10, the screen will be jumped into image number 3 above but I can access Bios Setup I try to boot in USB FlashDrive and DVD ROM with WIndows setup inside of it but still no still the system will do the loop again .
