Yes, it looks almost just like your window. If this is the case and my external hard drive has the same settings as the window you posted, what could I do differently to stop it from asking for permission each time I move files within subfolders of the same drive?

Every time I move files on my portable hard drive, it says it needs administrator permission to continue. I click yes and it works, but it consumes a lot of extra time every time I move files from one folder to another. How can I stop this from asking every time?
