I'm trying to install windows 8, but on the beginning i'm getting error like:

"Brak wymaganego przez system nośnika sterowników" which simply means missing driver. About the description - it's about missing cd/dvd or disk driver. Still, when it makes me to found them, i have access both to my partitions and CD. I've never installed any disk / cd reader driver - windows have them built in.

What i'm supposed to do?

It might be a problem with the install media.

Could you give a little more detail about your system and how you are installing, and on what?

Assuming you are trying to install from a DVD?, try these:

If you have recovery partition, that came with the computer, try deleting it and then attempt the install again..
It is unlikely to be a bios problem, if you are running fine with whatever you have installed, at present, but maybe worth a try with:

Change the BIOS setting from IDE to AHCI or RAID (if your planning to use RAID).

If AHCI or RAID is set in the BIOS it should l install the needed drivers automatically. Windows may be trying to find IDE for a SATA DVD.

Finally, if you want to get on with the install, create a small folder on your Hd. (Not where you intend to install!) Call it, for example, Setup. Copy the entire contents of the DVD to the folder, and run it from there.

Use several different computers during a day, so specs are irrelevant.
It seems your error might be related to the install media not being accessible during the install. Say you were using a flash drive in a USB 3.0 port. It would boot fine, but when the install transferred control to itself, the USB 3.0 port might not be available and thus no access to the media. In this case, move the flash drive to a USB 2.0 port and retry..

I suppose any install media device that was not supported by the Install would show the same error.
