about to Reset windows

So I'm about to reset windows, I want to remove everything and start fresh...

I should reset right? what would be the main difference if I use the Microsoft windows download media creator thing compared to just doing a Reset on my windows.??

Any iOS you download will have all the updates built in yours won't do you would have lots of updates to do
