Recently my laptop has been taking a little longer to load programs as soon as it has logged in. Looking at Task Manager I see TiWorker.exe using up ALL the CPU. The problem is that there is a 30 second or so delay between logging in and my startup programs loading, and the problem seems to be to do with the said issue. This has only started recently.

- Doing Maintenance Tasks (in Action Center and Troubleshooting)
- Setting Windows Modules Installer Service start type to Manual
- sfc /scannow
- chkdsk
