New Installation -- System using wrong Network Name

I just performed a clean install of win 8.1 (I couldn't take win 10 fonts anymore). All went fine but because I hadn't loaded Dell drivers yet, my wired internet wasn't working. So in order to connect with Dell and download drivers, I connected to my wireless.

No problem -- internet access worked fine and I was able to update all my Dell drivers. This caused my wired internet access to start working. It appears that the system made the wired connection my network (which I wanted) but it is still keeping my wireless router as the network name.

For example, if I display network connections, it shows Wi-Fi none; Wired Ethernet <name of my wireless router>

Is there anyway I can change that name??

If anyone is really interested in how to rename the network name, check out this link:

Option one worked like a charm.

Autoloads wrong driver for printer on wireless network.
Windows detects my Ricoh AC104 on a wireless network but insists it's an HP 5Si MX and installs that driver. When it adds the printer, it loads the driver automatically and without choice or prompt. Perhaps the misidentification has something to do with the printer driver in between (Hawking...

Network data in Task Manager is wrong
My laptop has Ethernet and WiFi. I set my network adapter priority to favor Ethernet, when available. The problem is the Network column in the Task Manager's Processes Tab display 0% when I'm only using WiFi. I thought the Network column would show all network activity, regardless of interface. But...
