Windows 8.1 Recovery - Could not find recovery environment

Hello dear friends,

I am using Acer v3-571G, been 3 years now and I had decided to restore my laptop to factory settings as my laptop is getting kinda slow and stuff, but I'm facing problems. I did upgrade from Windows 8 to 8.1.

1. I cannot use recover options in Windows 8.1 because it says "Could not find recovery environment".

2. I cannot use acer recovery management because it says "Could not find recovery environment".

I had tried that too, but after I set those IDs, and rerun reagentc again (in his descriptions is using without admin) it is unsuccessful, nevertheless if I run CMD in admin mode, it is successful, still I can't reset >_<

reagentc /enable
