Installation problem

I am able to download and start the install it checks all of the normal things, says that it is good to install. Then when it restarts to start the final install it immediately says that there is an error and restarts so fast that I cant see the error. It then says it is going to restart back in windows 7 and go back to how it was before the installation. Has anyone else had this problem and been able to fix it?

I am on a brand new alienware m17x
