Win8 upgrade problem: uninstalling incompatible program
I'm new here and I'm having a problem upgrading from Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit to Windows 8 Pro 64 bit on my Dell N5050. I'm getting a screen that says "What needs your attention". It listed 3 programs to uninstall because they are not compatible with Windows 8. I was able to uninstall 2 of them with no problem, but the 3rd one I can't even find on my computer. The program is Bluetooth Win7 Suite (64) and the screen that it's listed on has an "Uninstall" button that does nothing when I click on it. I've done a complete search of my computer (luckily there's not much on it) and I can't find this program. Any help would be appreciated as I'm not very computer literate. Thank you all in advance.
