I'm sorry for asking it here but I rather ask here now since I've searched for a week now and can't find something that can give me the answer I need.
Sorry if this thread sounds retarded or anything.
BUT.
May I ask, for Windows 7, it was possible to make a custom windows 7 installation dvd using VM and IMAGEX and then replacing the install.wim in the DVD.
Can this be done for Windows 8.1?
I've seen guides that use slipstreaming of updates and softwares with silent keys. But that's not what I want.
I'm looking for something like
Gather the Necessary Resources
and
https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee523217(v=ws.10).aspx
My question is, can this be applied to Windows 8.1 too?
Sorry if this seems like a retard question but I feel that its better asking the community and getting answers to see if what I even want is something possible.
As we speak now, I'm trying to apply the guide for Win 7 to a Win 8.1. No idea yet if it will work...
