Just like the title says, when integrating language packs in "boot.wim" to create a multilingual installation of Windows 8, DISM shows an error when adding the package. I followed the instructions here: Walkthrough: Add Multilingual Support to Windows Setup.

THIS IS THE ERROR:

Processing 1 of 1 - Adding package WinPE-HTA-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~x86~it-it~
6.1.7600.16385

Error: 0x800f081e

What Install.wim or Boot.wim are you using? You can not use the Single language Wim's to install multi language support..

I'm using an iso image of Windows 8.1 Pro and mounted the "boot.wim" to slipstream language packs from Windows ADK

Are you using an x64 image? If so, the language pack you are trying to add seems to be an x86 version so it's quite natural it gives an error:

Note that build # is for Windows 7 (6.1.7600.16385). They're not going to work against a Windows 8 WIM.

A good observation, I missed that. So not only is that an x86 package but also for wrong Windows version.
