Reverse installation process on windows

I would like to know if there is an application that allows me to create an installation program (setup.exe) starting from an already installed application.

The reason for this need was born dla fact that I lost the installation CD of an old program that no longer exists on the market, and now I have to change the PC.

If the programs reside in the "programs and features" interface, then chances are the install is available on your computer in a folder somewhere.
"C:\Windows\Installer"
"C:\Program Files\Uninstall Information"
"C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield Installation Information"

just to name a few
