Solved Error 0xc1900101 - 04000d after w8.1 install from store

I have Asus X54hr with windows 8 pro.

I have already updated all my drivers, at least I think so.

And I dont have third party antivirus program, only defender, which I shut off before update.
Run update with clean boot and gone though several suggestions how to install w8.1

But I still got error message 0xc1900101 - 04000d after restarting my computer when installation freezes( screen goes black after restart when setup applied pc settings.

Any suggestions? Or I need to provide more info?

Ok, I get 8.1 into system.

I downloaded iso file with Os installation, and run setup only with saving personal files.
