Recently i decided to upgrade my windows from 7 to 8.1 , I have instaled windows on computers before but I have never had this problem. It keeps telling me that '' setup was unable to to use the existing partition because the system does not contain the required free space'' picture will be bellow. I already formatted my pc so i have nothing on not even the old windows because I always prefer a completely fresh install. Any advice?

Thx in advance.

Hi, as I can see the System Reserved partition is only 78MB - Windows 8.1 requires the reserved partition to be 350MB. You can try to delete all of the partitions until it is only unallocated space and try to install Windows 8.1 on it.
Note: do not make new partitions because the System reserved partition won`t be created!

Good luck, werty
