Solved Win 8.1 boot error 0xc0000001

so what I say /
My younger brother ruined my day ;
My case was full of dust and overheating so I decided to clean it
every thing is out to clean ; cleaned the case
motherboard ;cpu ; the fan
then I got up to bring some thermal paste ;returned to find my brother holdind the cpu in his hand touching all pins and the die
and putting it on the carpet so what now
when I installed all things there is no post /
removed the fan the cpu keeps heating a little only (its dead)
now I put an single core celeron 347 to continue my work its extremely slow and no HD capable
so my father bought me a new one guess what
the seller tricked him int a pentium D 820 2.8GHZ saying that its much faster than my old E3400 celeron
comparing only 2.6/2.8 2M cache /1M
its from another town it cant be returned so
any way I tried it what 0xc0000001 error
what is that brothers should I use automatic repair
but why the single core works good without this error
