Questions on the "August Update" update

Hi

There is an ISO MSDN that integrates the "August Update" update of Windows 8.1 Update? If no, when I install this operating system on a new computer, what would be the proper procedure to install this particular update?

This update must be installed before the other or not?

It Is possible to download this update so that I can install it also on a computer offline?

Install the Windows 8.1 update first then Windows Update will install the August updates plus others as long as Windows Update is set to automatic (Recommended) or you can do it manually..

Be sure that all Windows 8 updates are installed before doing anything.

If you are referring to the optional update, I believe it has been pulled and is no longer available.
