Solved Require password

In Win 8 power options>advanced the "require a password on wake up" choice YES is greyed out, so it cannot be changed. How can this be set to NO?

Note: This is not a USERPASSWORDS2 / Netplwiz issue, where one can check the box not to require a password. That box IS UNchecked.
