Well, the second attachment certainly seems to contain some pertinent information. If the Test is showing the hard drive has failed, it might be time to look for Warranty service, or if not in warranty, replace the drive yourself.
If a drive is starting to go bad and the SMART check marks it as bad...... probably not going to get it back, but someone else may know of a way.
You may be able to use the drive in another system, or in an external enclosure if you need to get data off it.
