Hello Everyone,
From many days i was trying to make backup but i was not able to make than i found that my Master File Table it corrupt which located in System Reserved.

Than i thought of Re-Installing Windows than i Formatted System Reserved Drive & My C Drive.
Now I am not even able to Install Windows.

Error Shown by the Windows Setup - Setup was unable to create a new system partition or locate an existing system partition.

Hi there

1) What HDD's have you got in your system. One or more.
2) is Protected boot enabled
3) if protected boot is disabled is "Enable legacy boot" (or similar) enabled - this will allow non UEFI systems to boot.
4) is your boot HD formatted MBR or GPT.

With this info one can get your system up and running again - but there's not enough info in your post to suggest possible solutions.

Cheers

For Installation of Windows, A Primary Partition is required or It can be Installed on Logical Drives.

I tried Hirens Boot CD to Delete my C Drive & System Reserved Drive, All my disk except System Reserved Drive is Logical, Can it be the reason for the error.

When you are in the Install on the Partitions page, remove the System Reserved and OS partitions and let it install in the unallocated space. You can even create a partition (do not format) in the unallocated space and install there and it should work.

That's the way I do it and the System reserved is created automatically. What's left becomes the partition Windows installs to.

Sir, Really I tried that also but still its showing the same error.
Could it be some Hardware Problem.

Is there anything on the drive you need to save? If no, delete all the partitions and try again.
