Hello, Im new here. Just stumbled upon this forum and hope the admin could help me. I'm using a Windows 8 64 and have been encountering alot of problems with my Asus Laptop.

I am unable to refresh and reset my computer as it will say something like "there is a problem resetting your pc, no changes are made." Same goes for the recovery mode F9 screen. The problems i encountered includes lots and lots of internet explorer window pop out when i tried to install some programs such as winrar, and some other software. I already disabled smart screen filter and scan for virus but nothing was found.

I already create a recovery drive USB "mine is 32gb" in my windows 8 as per what you posted in the first page and tried booting up F9 and run in USB in recovery mode but after asking for my Language and Keyboard layout, it just reboot my computer normally as in nothing had happened without resetting my computer. My Asus laptop came with Windows 8 pre installed without the disk and there isn't any OEM options in recovery mode. Only troubleshoot and USB option when i plugged in my recovery flash drive. Thanks! Hope someone can help me.

Pop out!! Do you mean pop up and basically what are they saying. You did a AV scan and found nothing, suggest you download and run Malwarebytes (Free). Was your USB recovery drive created before or after the problems started?

Make sure you backup anything you don't want to lose as the recovery process will most likely wipe it out, though some allow you to save the data first. DO this ahead of time to be sure.
