HP Envy 17, Win 8.1 and Win7 dual boot.

look like im not the only one trying to do this.
i get as far as " a driver is needed to continue installation" not found, make sure its on the right media.
heres is what i got done on my own..

1- BIOS setting "legacy" and UEFI" boot from USB.
2-F9 to choose boot order.. selected USB device
3-instalation starts ok for WIN7
4-a driver is needed to continue, and i have no clue what it is..some one pointed me to .f6flpy-x64 because its an HP Envy...
5- driver not found / wrong driver..
6-shut down restart.......................

my DVD is WIndows 7 ultimate X32, X64..

Ive been on HP site for 3 days , not much help there.
i ll be glad to add as many screen shots you need..

UPDATE: no matter what i cant boot form my USB /UEFI/WIN7 pen drive.seems like its not recognized or drivers for the USB chipset not installed.. Of course using the OEM DVD of win7 fails. because of the GPT style.
At least im getting closer.

HOw did you get to that conclusion. this DVD is not a hack or a crack, its from my sister in law who no longer uses it..
