Is installation media properly burned (not at max speed !) ?

Chkdsk active and install partition with scanning for bad sectors.
Disconnect all attached devices not really needed during install (you need only DVD or USB, HDD, keyboard, mouse and monitor).

Can you post a snapshot of partitions from Disk Management and where Windows 7 and 8 are placed (if you don't have "good" labels on partitions).

Windows 7 wont even enter safe mode, it goes automatically to the system recovery option.

Download and install Visual BCD Editor - Windows 7/Vista.
Run VBCDE. In left pane you see a list of loaders present - select Windows 7 loader, right-click, delete.
Again right-click, select "Create missing Windows loaders".
Message should state that a new Windows 7/Vista loader was created.
Reboot to see if Windows 7 can boot.

Later if Windows 7 can boot you can add Windows 7 recovery to advanced options using ReAgentC command (when in Windows 7).

" A recent hardware or software change might have installed a file that is signed incorrectly or damaged, or that might be malicious software from an unknown source.
If you have a Windows installation disc, insert the disc and restart your computer. Click "Repair your computer," and then choose a recovery tool.
Otherwise, to start windows so you can investigate further, press the ENTER key to display the boot menu, press F8 for Advanced Boot Options, and select last known good. If you understand why the digital signature cannot be verified and want to start Windows without this file, temporarily disable driver signature enforcement.

File \windows\system\32\winload.exe

In explorer go to Windows 7 drive, folder "\windows\system\32.
Do a search for winload*.*
If there is file winload~1.exe or similar:
Run Visual BCD Editor, select Windows 7 loader, in right pane edit "ApplicationPath" to point to file found.

It seems some program or software has eventually replaced winload.exe in win7 - check for viruses !!!

There's a winload and winload~1. The winload is the one that is currently running going to switch to winload~1.

PS. Yes good old Windws 7! That did the trick. Thank you.
