Re installing Windows 8 on computer with replaced HDD.

So the hard drive on my computer failed. I do not have the product key for this computer and can not get it of the failing hard drive because it does not power up at all. But the computer does have the built in product key in the bios. Is there a way that I can re install windows 8 on this computer and activate with the bios key with out getting the recovery media from the manufacture.

Official unmodified Microsoft Windows 8.0 install media will read the embedded key automatically during the install and install the matching version without prompting you to enter a key. The hard part is getting your hands on the install media.

Have you make the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Disks?

We always assume you have made your Recovery Disks using the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Media Creator app the first day you had your new PC.
& made the Startup Repair CD. (Windows 8 only)

I would recommend you making the OEM manufacturer's Recovery DVD's or USB drive.
or
You can order the Microsoft official OEM Recovery disks from the OEM manufacturer's website.

Then does anyone know where I can get a Official unmodified Microsoft Windows 8.0 install ISO so I do not have to get the OEM recovery discs from the manufacturer?

The download link Theog posted won't accept OEM keys, that's why he added the "You need to buy a Product Key" comment. There are no other links to Microsoft downloads other than MSDN and TechNet which are subscription services.
