Windows 8 Pro x64 or Windows 8.1 Pro x64?

I used Win 8 Pro x64 bit before. and It was very awesome. and now, I still use win 8.1.

I like it because it has .1 at the end. Soon it will have .1 u1, after that, who knows. It's blowing my mind.

I am glad I never contended with Win 8. It was freaky enough going from 7 to 8.1. going from 7 to 8 to 8.1 probably would of hospitalised me. It's my nerves. I can't take too much excitement. I get over stimulated. My wife has to plug the USB Defibrillator in. It's OK, don't worry. It's USB 3.0. I'm still waiting on 3.1

I think that 8.1 was an improvement over 8 and hope that they will do even better with 8.1.1. Nice systems for the tablet, but for the desktops I prefer 7.

Been running Windows 8.1.1 Pro on my PC for a couple days now and find that I like it better than the previous two versions.

Windows 8.1 with update 1, 8.1.1 isn't the official designation but that's what its being referred to by some forum members.

No not officially, it was leaked to the Internet and a few of use found a source and downloaded and installed it.

They said April but whether it is April 8 I don't know.

alpha is correct. I was referring to the leaked upcoming update for 8.1. Sorry for the confusion, I should have explained myself better.
