Deleted Windows, No serial key found on computer

i deleted Windows, and i can't find the serial key for my new computer. though i have heard i have the serial built into the computer, i am not sure if i can do a fresh install from this

no operating system is installed, be it Windows, OS X, Linux, Solaris, BSD, or anything else, so i can not really run a visual basic program on the computer

if it helps, there is no serial key on a sticker on my latop nor is there a recovery partition

I guess you will have to order factory recovery disks or buy a Windows OS.

We always assume you have made your Recovery Disks using the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Media Creator app the first day you had your new PC.
& made the Startup Repair CD. (Windows 8 only)

I would recommend you making the OEM manufacturer's Recovery DVD's or USB drive.
or
You can order the Microsoft official OEM Recovery disks from the OEM manufacturer's website.
