[HELP] Windows 8 Install

I've installed windows 8 fine on my laptop, but when trying to install it on my computer I get to "Getting devices ready" and then I get the lovely new blue screen. It says PAGE FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA. I've spent the last few days updating every driver I can think of and I still doesn't work. I get the error from cd installation and from mounting the drive. I am not sure what the problem is and have searched everywhere for the issue. I'm not sure what info is need for anyone to help me with this issue, but here is my computer specs.

Try downloading WinRAR trial version and during the setup, check the .iso box. Then open the downloaded iso of W8DP in winrar, navigate to the sources folder and find setup.exe, double clik the file in winrar, it will extract the files to a temp location and start the install if you get lucky...

ok, well thanks for the reply. I'm not home right now, so when I get home i will try it and post back. I already have winrar setup for iso's so I know how to do all that. I'm not sure if doing this is any different then burning ISO to CD. Then putting it into computer and opening the cd and selecting setup.exe and then doing the install. That's the last thing I tried doing and I still get the same error. Any other suggestions, in case it doesn't work?

Well sad to say, but as it turns out it was the same as just opening the dvd when its in the drive and clicking install.exe. So it didn't work. Any other suggestions??

i'm having some problems after the install: at first, my task manager is still the one from windows 7, and secondly, all the metro stiled apps won't work. means, when i open an app, only the app logo shows in the middle, but the app won't open.

for your information: i upgraded from a windows 7 64 bit lenovo thinkpad 410...
